Shipping Policy

SHOPEE SHIPPING POLICY

The term Buyer shall  be used to refer to Buyer or Consignee in each case; The term  Seller shall be used to refer to the Seller or the Shipper in each case. By using the supported shipping service on the Shopee e-commerce exchange, the Buyer/Seller acknowledges and agrees to the requirements, and/or the applicable Policies and practices outlined in the this Shipping Policy. Shopee reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time.

 


A.    REGULATIONS ON GOODS NOT SUPPORTED TRANSPORTATION, CONDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION

1.    Regulations on types ofgoods that do not support shipping on Shopee

1.1. Types of goods that are not supported for shipping on Shopee include but are not limited to the following types of goods:

a. Goods on the list of prohibited transactions on Shopee. See details HERE; b. Articles made of gold, silver, precious stones or other precious metals;

c. Concentrated cleaning chemicals,  solution/powder for industrial production;

d. Orders with goods value greater than VND 50,000,000 (Total value of goods with promotional price if any, excluding Shopee discount codes, Seller discount codes, coins and shipping fees);

e. Orders showing signs of fraud, taking advantage of Shopee's policies and support; f. Buyer/Seller doesn't follow Shopee's shipping instructions, regulations and recommendations set out in the Shipping Policy;

g. User violates Shopee's  Community Standards. See Community Standards HERE;

H. Orders that violate the  quantity and purchase value are limited according to each promotion.  Detailed content will be announced according to each program;

i. Goods without sufficient invoices, documents proving the origin and origin of goods as prescribed by law;

j. Other types of goods that do not support shipping as notified by Shopee from time to time.

1.2. Disclaimer for Shopee and related parties : For items in the Shopee category that do not support the above shipping,  Shopee as well as related parties during the transportation of goods will not be responsible if goods are seized, destroyed or damaged in transit. Seller is fully responsible before Shopee and the law (if any) when sending goods in violation of Shopee's Shipping Policy and Vietnamese law.

1.3. In the event that the Seller intentionally violates the regulations on goods that do not support shipping on the Shopee Platform, the Seller must indemnify full and all damages incurred by Shopee and/or its related parties in the the shipping process must bear.

2.   Regulations on types of goods conditional transportation

The following groups of special goods are only accepted for carriage with mandatory conditions:

a. Ornamental products  i. Seller only supports Express and Express shipping channels.

ii. Due to the nature of the products in this group, the shipping unit only supports when the product is properly packed, but the Seller will be fully responsible if there is damage or loss during transportation. b. Fresh food raw or goods with a shelf life of less than 30 days, goods requiring special storage (cold, hot, etc.)

i. To ensure product quality is maintained and to avoid accidental damage, Sellers should only activate and deliver goods via Express delivery.

ii. In case, if the Seller chooses other shipping channels other than Express, the Seller will be fully responsible for any damage or loss during transportation. Shopee is disclaimed from all liability, and will not deal with any claims or claims that arise.

3.  Regulations on transportation for other types of special goods

a. Goods that are easily damaged/lost due to product characteristics

List of products that are fragile or easily damaged/lost in transit due to product characteristics:
